ON BUSINESS

Building successful businesses has always been a passion of mine and I'm lucky enough to have been able to make it my full-time profession. Here’s a summary of my experience:

  First job was as a banker; promoted to Manager of small branch at 19 yrs

 Started first business in financial services at 21. Grew it to 629 customers in
4 years, trebled previous bank income twice in that period. Sold business

  Accepted a Sales Management role at AMP. Focus was to recruit, train & retain high performers. Grew team from  20 sales people to 33 over 4 years.

 Also held Sales Management roles in Radio (The Radio Network) and Confectionery distribution (Prolife Foods).

 Owned a confectionery brokerage business and successfully built a network of 17 independent confectionery distributors across NZ

 Started Coaching & Mentoring professionally in 2003 2-3 days per week.

 Have built a total of 12 business across 8 different industry sectors including several small businesses, an award-winning Franchisor business that grew from a single garage to 19 franchisees across NZ inside 3 years. T/O grew from 0-$3m in 4 years. Also a technology start up that sold software in 55 countries

 IndeCoach is business #13. Piloted in 2012 and officially launched in 2013
