ON THE FUTURE

I'm now onto my 13th start-up and as always it's exciting stuff! As with all my other businesses, I either started with a problem I identified in the market and figured I could solve, or simply spotted a gap in a market I wanted to fill.

   
On this occasion I have identified a problem in that there simply aren't enough good quality business people available as coaches, mentors and advisors for other go ahead business owners. That's because there has been a lack of relevant tools, training, support and a proven business model to make it all work for Independent Coaches and Mentors and their clients.

As a result many experienced business people who would like to work in this area have found it difficult to create a sustainable and successful Coaching or Mentoring business / service and either stop working in the field or make it a part time affair. That doesn't serve anyone well and I hope to change that.

IndeCoach is unique and while we have starting here in NZ, I am confident we will soon see IndeCoach attracting the attention of Independent Coaches, Mentors and Advisors around the world.
